What QReclaim is

QReclaim is past work. It's a review and a reframing of what was. Not to relive it, and not to fix you, because nothing about you is broken. Just to look clearly at what shaped you.

When the past is understood differently, it stops taking energy in the background. Think of it as setting down excess baggage before the next leg. Lighter, you have more present available.

Who it's for

People carrying something old that still shapes the present. It isn't loud, but it's there, and it costs a little every day. Most come wanting a focused, relatively rapid return rather than a long excavation.

How it works

A focused past-work program you move through one to one with a facilitator. About five sessions, roughly one a week, two hours each. The facilitator holds the space and doesn't hand you answers, because the answers are already yours. You tend to feel the shift before you fully understand it, and the understanding follows.

What tends to shift

The work is a review and a reframing of what was. You look back at what shaped you, and its meaning settles into something you can carry lightly or set down. What was quietly taking energy in the background comes back to you for the present.

How to begin

QReclaim is $3,974. It begins with a conversation, so we can make sure it's the right fit before anything else. From there the path is simple: a short intake, a prep recording to get you ready, a scheduling link for your sessions, and a payment link to enroll. Everything after the conversation follows from it.

Where QReclaim sits

One of three paths. QAlign stabilizes the space you’ve reclaimed. QEmerge notices what becomes visible once there’s room. Begin with the one calling loudest.

Set down what you've been carrying.

The next step is a conversation. Tell us what's still with you from before, and we'll see if QReclaim fits.
